Void Fragments

Void Fragments is the open source companion to Void Crystal. We extract the single, useful AI capabilities proven in our demos and publish them as compact, runnable Python scripts in the void-fragments repository, with clear instructions so developers can reproduce, extend and validate ideas quickly.

Problem

Technical teams and engineers need practical starting points that reproduce a capability end to end. Without simple, runnable examples, pilots get delayed by unclear dependencies, long setup work, and ambiguous ownership. That slows validation and makes it harder to move from demo to scoped pilot.

Solution

We turn mature Void Crystal demos into small, focused fragments that capture one capability each.

Each fragment is a minimal Python script plus a short README that explains the workflow problem it solves, shows example inputs and outputs, and lists any dependencies and run steps.

We prioritise capability-first fragments. Each one must map to a real workflow outcome for marketing, sales, or internal operations so it is useful in discovery and pilot work.

Fragments are published to the public repository with simple usage notes so engineers can run and adapt them without long onboarding.

Publishing these fragments makes it faster to reproduce a demo, design a pilot, and shorten technical discovery cycles. It also lets us reuse proven pieces across future demos so every fragment multiplies the value of the lab.
